As CEO, my career began inside a medical practice where I worked directly with financial operations, insurance reimbursements, patient billing cycles and the day to day accounting needs that most people never see. Being in that environment opened my eyes to how much pressure practice owners face. I saw physicians, therapists and clinic managers trying to balance patient care with mountains of administrative tasks, and I knew something was missing. Healthcare providers needed specialized financial support from someone who truly understood their world.
